Birdman Cabernet Sauvignon

A wine that delivers fresh fruit flavors, offers an excellent balance of ripe tannin, acidity and mouth filling berry fruit. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a good length and a fine aristocratic finish.

Viña Anakena’s wines are made in Alto Cachopoal, in the foothills of the Chilean Andes in rich volcanic soils and represent a new twist for Chilean wines. The name Anakena and its anthropomorphic Birdman icon come from the geography and culture of Rapa Nui (Easter Island).
